As a Working Student – Commercial & Marketing, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns and content strategies targeted at German-speaking students. You'll collaborate closely with our commercial and marketing teams, helping drive brand partnerships and student engagement.  

What We're Looking For

  • Current university student in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (or fluent German speaker).  

  • Strong writing skills in German (native-level fluency) and good proficiency in English.  

  • Passion for marketing, digital content, and social media.  

  • Creative mindset and ability to generate ideas for engaging student campaigns.  

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.  

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social media platforms is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities  

- Content Creation: Assist with crafting compelling and localized German content for CRM campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing channels.  

- Campaign Support: Help plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns targeting the DACH student audience, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.  

- Social Media Management: Support in curating, scheduling, and analyzing content across social platforms to engage our student audience.  

- Localisation: Ensure all marketing materials are culturally relevant and resonate with German-speaking students.  

- Partnership Support: Collaborate with the commercial team to prepare and maintain campaign materials for brand partners.  

- Market Research: Stay informed about student trends, competitors, and the DACH market to contribute fresh ideas to our marketing strategies.
