You’ll be the person who makes sure our London HQ runs smoothly, our new joiners land well from day one, and our teams - in London and around the world - get to know each other and have a great experience. This is a broad hands-on role that sits at the intersection of facilities, IT, operations and people. You’ll be trusted to run things end-to-end: from working with our suppliers and facilities, planning great socials, or making sure a new hire in Singapore has the tech they need to succeed from day one. This role will be based full time in our London office in Liverpool Street. Responsibilities: London office & facilities Our London HQ is home to just over half our team. We want the space to look, feel and function brilliantly at all times. This includes things like: keeping the office stocked, owning supplier relationships, acting as the go-to person in the office for anything workplace related and coming up with ideas to improve our team’s office experience. We also have offices in New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Amsterdam, and you'll be the point of contact for workplace needs across all our locations. Keeping all of our teams, office or home-based, connected and able to work together seamlessly. Team onboarding & provisioning Own our new joiner tech experience end to end: laptop procurement, shipping and set up, so every joiner is ready to go on day one. Provision and manage access to core systems. Socials & culture Plan and run in-person and hybrid socials in the UK and for our international team. Other people & ops projects Get involved in a range of cross-functional projects that help keep the company running day-to-day Examples include: helping to plan offsites and team events, supporting our ESG initiatives, and pitching in on office projects like moves or setup, or helping with our recruitment. You will be our ideal candidate if: Are highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities at once. Are comfortable with technology and can troubleshoot basic IT issues, manage software access, and coordinate with an outsourced IT provider. Are a natural problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done without needing a lot of direction. You communicate clearly and warmly, and can build trust with people across different offices and time zones. (Bonus but not required) If you have experience in a workplace, office management, or operations role. Please know that even if you don’t have experience in all the areas above but think you could do a great job and are excited about building a great company culture, bringing transparency to carbon markets, and being part of a fast-growing team, we would love to hear from you!
What we’ll offer: 25 days leave (with additional time off between Christmas and New Year, and for your birthday) Benefits package covering private medical insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, life assurance, medical cash plan and cycle to work scheme Health and wellness cash allowance Enhanced parental leave Regular social events Our interview process: 30 minute screening interview 45 minute in person interview at our London office
