Requirements

• Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver meaningful and engaging activities to enhance the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex care needs.
• Craft experiences with meaning and purpose, ensuring therapeutic opportunities are available to all.
• Organise events and activities within the service.
• Plan activities that enable individuals to access their local communities.
• Work closely with individuals, the service manager, and colleagues to tailor experiences to individual needs and preferences.
• Accurately record and report on activities offered and session engagement.
• Assist at meal times between activities.
