Successful candidates will rotate through the pharmacy department, learning the various roles carried out by Pharmacy Technicians including:

• Labelling, dispensing and final accuracy checking of prescriptions
• Receiving and Issuing prescriptions
• Aseptic services
• Providing excellent customer care and maintaining confidentiality while dealing with patients and staff
• Ward based duties, including Medicines Management and Optimisation to ensure safe medicine use
