Requirements

• Genuine passion for exceptional customer service
• Proactive, hands-on approach to team management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced late-night environment
• Enthusiastic and driven to continue the success of the business
• Commitment to building a long-term career in hospitality
• Kitchen experience is an advantage (but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in training and developing the team to ensure consistently brilliant experiences
• Cross-train all senior team members to support the kitchen when needed
