Requirements

• Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
• Hands-on experience of hospitality management.
• Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
• Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
• Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
• Awesome at organising and multitasking.
• Ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey (work, education, or personal experiences).
• Okay with a criminal record check.
