Spire Methley Park is looking for a Bank Administrator to join our team. We are seeking an individual who can support us during busy periods, sickness, annual leave, and ongoing service growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, reliable person who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can provide high-quality administrative support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Enthusiastic and personable

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the clinic team
  • Managing patient records and appointments
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Supporting day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation at all times
