At Anglian Water, we’re committed to delivering projects that make a real difference. As a Change Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring change initiatives succeed by focusing on the people side of change—helping individuals adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Requirements
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
- Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.
- Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.
- Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.
- Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.

Circa £48,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
