Cleaver & Wake Chef de Partie
As a Cleaver & Wake Chef de Partie, you will need experience in working in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen. This role is a not an entry level position – you will be supporting the Senior Chefs to manage the Cleaver & Wake kitchen to the standards set out by the Chef Patron, directing your section and enforcing a high level of health and hygiene standards.
Managing food margins through wastage and portioning is second nature to you, whilst developing a high performing team is something you have done in previous roles and will bring to this one. All chefs in your section will have a development plan and you will nurturing that talent to become your successor. A 5* food hygiene rating is your bread and butter, you manage your section to be audit ready at all times, and food safety is paramount – you put your guests as your priority.
Requirements
