Join us as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor earning £25,120 per annum with incentives on top – you can earn an extra £4,900 on average by achieving targets.

In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced call centre, handling inbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky. You'll actively listen to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and appreciated. We operate a hybrid working pattern after training which allows colleagues to gain a work life balance with the opportunity to work from office and home for part of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription.
  • Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitable package.
  • Work in a target-based environment
  • Work 37.5 hours p/wk Mon-Sun with varied set shift patterns available. Your set shift will be allocated at the offer stage and your preferences taken into account wherever possible.
  • When our customers need us most, you'll work up to 5 hours extra per week (max 10 times per year) and bank this time to take back as extra time off
