Control Room Operative

You will be a vital link between our Client and customers providing assistance and advice in routine and emergency matters.

Requirements

• Have the relevant SIA licence (CCTV preferred). CCTV training will be provided post probation period.
• Be polite, helpful and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have adequate IT skills, MS Excel, MS Word
