Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks in both freezer and dry goods areas to move, store, and pick stock. Receive, unload, and store deliveries accurately and efficiently. Accurately process paperwork and maintain stock records, reporting any discrepancies promptly. Coordinate stock movement to relevant departments, including urgent or priority items. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised freezer and warehouse environment. Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and occasional general warehouse tasks. Help manage waste and ensure all work areas are tidy and safe.

Requirements

• Valid forklift and reach truck certification, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating both.
• Experience working in a freezer or chilled environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to handle manual tasks in a cold environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Forklift Licence (required)
• Reach Truck Licence – any recognised UK provider (required)
