Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen and budget management experience
• Knowledge of COSHH and Food Hygiene standards
• Passion for food and customer service

Responsibilities

• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
• Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
• Lead, develop and manage the staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
• Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget

• Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
