As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping our parks and estate areas looking beautiful and safe. From office lawns and vibrant flowerbeds to well-kept grounds, your attention to detail will ensure that every space is maintained to the highest standard.

As well delivering contracts and ground maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with contracts and a good quality, safe working environment. You will be responsible for keeping both grounds and waste management in good condition.

Requirements

• Skills and/or experience in ground maintenance operations
• Enthusiasm, excellent people management, and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Commercial focus

In addition to the above it would also be desirable to have:

• A horticultural qualification
• Experience in using horticultural machinery
• PA1 & PA6 pesticide licence
• Chainsaw certificate CS30 / CS31
