Constellation is currently recruiting experienced cleaning staff to work at a large factory site. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for factory staff and visitors. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the site.

Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will help maintain a safe and hygienic factory environment by carrying out a range of cleaning tasks across the site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitising production areas, staff facilities, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces.
• Handling waste disposal and recycling in line with site and environmental procedures.
• Using appropriate cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Following all site health & safety regulations and cleaning schedules.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area at all times.
• Providing support and guidance to new team members when required.
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the role.
• Any other task you are asked to carry out.

Requirements

• Reliable, flexible, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to work mindfully and safely.
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry out manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Experience within a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting is highly desirable.
• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
• Due to location you MUST have your own transport.
