Requirements

• Typography, Design and Packaging obsessed — strong eye for detail, layout and hierarchy
• Highly motivated, proactive and genuinely self-drive
• Confident working independently as well as collaboratively
• Personable, positive and comfortable communicating within a small team
• Naturally tuned into beauty, wellness and lifestyle trends
• Organised, adaptable and eager to grow creative
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of print and digital design fundamentals
• A considered, well-crafted portfolio showing typographic sensitivity
• Junior-level experience (studio or relevant placement preferred, but not essential)
• Figma experience but not essential

Responsibilities

• Design support across branding, identity, packaging, digital and print projects
• Creating layouts, typographic systems and visual concepts
• Assisting with social, web and presentation assets
• Preparing artwork for print and digital delivery
• Researching lifestyle, beauty and wellness trends
• Contributing ideas and creative thinking within the studio
• Managing your own workload and deadlines with minimal supervision

• Training course: Multi-channel marketer (level 3)
• Hours: Working With Us Hybrid remote working, with studio time near Chichester
• You will be working 4 days a week and 1 day a week of training
• 41 hours a week
