The postholder will provide an efficient and effective administration support to the Living Well Team to support staff and patients. To undertake the administration of all referrals and enquiries received into the team, providing excellent customer service. To ensure best practice standards are maintained at all times and that work is produced effectively and efficiently in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.
