We have an exciting opportunity to join Norgine in a Medical Advisor position. The person holding this position will report to Medical Director and be a member of the Medical Affairs team. The core responsibility of the Medical Advisor is to act as the local medical expert for the relevant therapy area, providing strategic medical leadership and delivering high‑quality medical‑scientific support across the brand, external stakeholders, and internal teams. This will be a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary local medical expert and lead delivery of the local medical plan aligned with global strategy.
  • Communicate new scientific data and monitor healthcare and industry developments impacting Norgine.
  • Support global/local medical affairs projects, data generation and publications.
  • Lead advisory boards, present scientific data, provide internal training, and contribute to HTA submissions.
  • Deputise for the Medical Director when required.
  • Build relationships with External Experts and scientific organisations.
  • Provide accurate, non‑promotional medical information and support disease‑awareness initiatives with partners.
  • Drive insight‑gathering and deliver actionable recommendations to support cross‑functional decision‑making.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date therapy area knowledge and deliver high‑quality scientific training.
  • Stay informed through scientific literature, congresses and ongoing learning.
  • Provide medical expertise for late‑stage and post‑marketing development and real‑world evidence activities.
  • Collaborate with CROs on data analysis and manage aligned Investigator Sponsored Trials.
  • Review materials for Code and regulatory compliance and support responses to promotional claims.
  • Ensure all activities meet legal, regulatory and company standards.
  • Continually develop professional skills and stay current on technology, codes and industry best practice.

Requirements

  • GMC registered Physician.
  • Medical Affairs experience is essential.
  • Final Signatory experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with copy approval and promotional governance.
  • Strong scientific communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Confident in engaging external experts and interpreting clinical/scientific data.
