This senior leadership role will build and scale the Microsoft Application Evolution Services (AES) offering in the UK, leading end‑to‑end managed services opportunities from origination to delivery oversight. AES supports clients post–go‑live across major Microsoft platforms, driving continuous optimisation, adoption of new releases, and AI‑enabled improvements. Underpinned by capabilities including AI Enablement, Automated Testing, Solution Evolution Experts and ISO 20000‑1 standards, AES ensures sustained value and innovation. The market lead will collaborate with advisory teams, sector leaders and alliance partners to embed AES into major programmes, shaping commercially sound, AI‑driven solutions across Dynamics 365, Azure and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and qualification of large, complex Microsoft AES opportunities
• Design end-to-end Microsoft AES solutions aligned to client business outcomes
• Own Microsoft AES sales targets and pipeline development
• Develop scalable, cost-effective global delivery models leveraging automation and AI
• Act as senior client adviser during pursuits and early delivery phases
• Strengthen alliance-led go-to-market activity with Microsoft
• Ensure effective transition from sales to delivery, protecting quality, margin and client outcomes

Requirements

• Experience originating and securing complex AES, managed services or transformation deals
• Deep expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement), Azure or related Microsoft platforms, with strong AES/managed services solution design experience
• Experience leading RFP/RFI responses and commercial structuring of large-scale services
• Ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including C-suite
• Experience building pipeline through alliance and sector-led go-to-market activity
• Experience designing global delivery models that balance cost, quality and scalability
• Strong commercial acumen with accountability for sales and revenue growth
• Experience working within large, matrixed professional services or technology organisations
