Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in line with Ginger Lily and Pan Pacific London standards and values.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain full knowledge of:
  • All cocktails, premium spirits, wines, champagnes, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages offered at Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge.
  • Bar menu items, including preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, allergens, and presentation.
  • Beverage pairings and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Greet and engage guests warmly, creating a personalised and memorable experience.
• Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring service remains gracious and professional at all times.
• Ensure bar and lounge areas are fully prepared before service, including all mise en place.
