We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnership Operations Coordinator to join our Partnership Operations team. This role plays a key part in delivering contractual partner assets and supporting the day-to-day operations of our partnership programmes. Working closely with the Partnership Operations team, as well as the wider Commercial department, you will help ensure that all partner activations and operational requirements are delivered to the highest standard. This position requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Partnerships Operations Team.
- Support management of the replica car programme, including scheduling, supplier liaison, logistics coordination, car movements and branding checks.
- Coordinate replica items and partner assets, managing stock control and distribution.
- Assist with Paddock Club and Secondary Hospitality ticket fulfilment, ensuring tickets are received, logged, packed and dispatched accurately.
- Support the management of the team’s licensee relationship, including post-race collections, tracking worn racewear and coordinating third-party distribution.
- Provide coordination support for the F1 Academy programme in collaboration with Partnerships and Comms teams.
- Assist with cross-functional projects including photoshoots, filming days, activations and PR events.
- Manage financial administration tasks including raising POs, processing recharges and generating invoices.
- Conduct monthly stock checks of partner assets and technical wear, ensuring storage areas are secure and well maintained.
- Carry out partner, Formula 1 and event research to support wider team initiatives.
