• Senior/QA Lead experience to write QA strategy
• Upstream and downstream understanding to be able to plan around these

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Elaboration phase of the program.
• Develop the QA strategy for the program.
• Understand the overall scope of the program.
• Understand the future state architecture, including all the vendors/systems involved...
