Requirements

• Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar preferred
• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
• In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

• Overseeing the arrival and departure experience for our guests
• Using our PMS system
• Handling payments and invoicing
• Having comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities and rooms
• Creating a seamless and memorable experience for our clients
• Going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and well taken care of during their stay
