Requirements

• Experience in a hospitality or multi-site environment
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and business partnering skills
• Strong understanding of core accounting concepts - accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) desired or relevant experience
• Advanced Excel for modelling; comfortable with large datasets
• Ideally experience in Power BI, TM1 or Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Weekly Trade Pack, turning performance data into clear operational actions.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle, using scenario modelling to support openings and investment decisions.
• Run targeted deep-dives into promotions, pricing, labour efficiency, day-part and channel mix to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate ROI on new sites, refurbishments and menu changes — and ensure benefits are tracked and realised.
• Become an expert user of TM1, Snowflake, Comtrex and Fourth, supporting continuous improvement in data and reporting processes.
• Partner closely with GMs, Ops and Central Teams to drive performance and deliver EBITDA improvements.
• Be proactive, commercial and innovative, always pushing for better.
