This role exists to develop and execute the overall plant maintenance, reliability, and facilities strategies within a large manufacturing operation. As a member of the site leadership team, this person will work closely with other departments and functions to ensure factory performance KPI’s, goals, and long-term strategies are met. This individual will be expected to manage the site technical teams to drive safety improvements, performance improvements, and cost improvements.
