Join our growing team as we build excellence within our UK Defence portfolio. As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are safely delivered on time and to budget, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We're establishing a new collaborative team to deliver multiple projects within a secure facility, with a strong focus on detail. Our initial projects have an M&E bias, so knowledge in this area would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing projects
• Collaborative and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable working in a secure environment (SC Clearance level preferable, though we can arrange for clearances)
• Full driving licence and a UK/British Passport holder

Responsibilities

• Managing site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality
• Maintaining comprehensive site records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders while liaising with client SMEs to ensure compliance
• Supporting the procurement functions in the selection of sub-contractors and providing performance feedback
• Nurturing and developing your team to create an inclusive workplace where diversity is encouraged
