As a Sponsored Reserve, you will be required to be deployed overseas for 4 months at a time, followed by 16 months in the UK before being redeployed.

You’ll be part of the RAF Firefighter force which provides the Aerodrome & Rescue Firefighting capability to Defence across the UK and overseas.

You’ll be ready to respond to and fight fires in the UK, as well as rescue from military aircraft.
