We’re looking for a delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist | Recruiter (Interim) on a temporary assignment to support hiring across Mexico. This is a hands-on role, focused on moving roles from intake through to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and keeping hiring plans on track.

You’ll manage multiple roles at once, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure a consistent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding handover.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering in-house or agency recruitment (ideally for marketing, creative, digital, or client services, finance roles).
  • Experience hiring across Mexico (remote and/or hybrid teams).
  • Confident running multiple roles with competing priorities.
  • Strong control of process, interview stages, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting business needs.
  • Clear, structured communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Able to drive decisions and maintain hiring discipline
  • Strong ATS experience (tracking, reporting, process compliance)
  • Confident using Microsoft Teams and standard hiring tools.

Responsibilities

Recruitment delivery

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, from briefing through to offer.
  • Build and manage shortlists, ensuring quality and pace
  • Drive interview scheduling and process flow to avoid delays
  • Keep hiring managers focused on decisions, feedback, and next steps.

Stakeholder management

  • Run clear kick-off calls and agree role scope, priorities, and timelines
  • Provide regular progress updates and keep momentum on open roles
  • Challenge unrealistic expectations and reset timelines where needed

Candidate management

  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through responsive communication
  • Screen candidates confidently and assess role fit early
  • Manage offer process and support negotiation in partnership with HR / leadership.

Hiring process and reporting

  • Track activity and progress across roles (pipeline health, stage conversion, time-to-hire).
  • Maintain accurate records and hiring documentation
  • Surface risks early (drop-off points, delays, low candidate flow) and propose fixes.

Direct Sourcing

  • Proactively source for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and relevant channels.
  • Maintain an active pipeline to reduce reliance on reactive applications.
