As a Shift Leader at Lidl, you’ll help run operations in one of our 14 warehouses, leading by example to see the impact of your work at the end of every day. You’ll have chances to get stuck in and make a big impact on your colleagues, from opening, running and closing shifts to training new starters. You’ll also help and support your team across their shift, keeping them positive and motivated to carry out excellent teamwork.
