Rodeo was started in 2021 by Will and Alfie. We have both worked on all sides of the gig economy. We’ve seen its potential and its problems. We’re building Rodeo because we believe that both workers and businesses deserve better.

Since launching the Rodeo app in 2022 we’ve built a small but highly effective team and been supported by some excellent investors who share our vision and motivation.
