職務内容
- メールや電話サポートによる顧客からの技術的な質問への対応
- 製品の修理および修理管理（お客様への修理概要および見積書の作成）
- ビジネス開発チームのサポート
- ヨーロッパの顧客先でのRF製品の設置、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティング
- 安全衛生／IT-会社がポリシー要件を満たしていることを確認
- 顧客サポートのため、主に英国およびヨーロッパへ出張の可能性あり
応募要件
- 電子工学の実務経験または準ずる学位をお持ち
- MS Office、特にExcel、Word、Access、Power Pointに精通している
- 英語の筆記および会話に堪能であること
- エンジニアリング環境での勤務経験 はんだ付け経験
- ドイツ語、日本語、その他の言語ができれば尚可
- ITサーバーの知識あれば尚可
- RFおよびDC電源、インピーダンス整合ユニットまたはプラズマチャンバーに関する知識あれば尚可
- 職場の安全衛生に関する知識あれば尚可
- RF測定器の使用経験あれば尚可
