Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Software Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our fashion technology solutions in the UK market. This role requires a strategic blend of technical expertise, industry insights, and proven sales acumen. You will target mid-to-enterprise fashion retailers, brands, and manufacturers, offering tailored solutions that bridge creativity with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage high-potential clients in the UK fashion sector, including luxury brands, fast-fashion retailers/wholesales, and sustainable apparel startups.
  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting, virtual demos, and strategic relationship-building.

Solution Selling

  • Articulate the value of our AI-powered 3D design tools and software to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to deliver customized product walkthroughs and ROI-focused proposals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Analyze UK fashion industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to align software updates with client needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted campaigns (e.g., webinars, case studies) and attend industry events.
  • Support customer success teams to ensure high adoption rates and client retention.

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or textile industries.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with SaaS products (e.g., ERP, CAD, AI tools).

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools, 3D modeling software (e.g., CLO3D, Browzwear), or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of digital transformation trends in fashion (e.g., virtual sampling, on-demand production).

Industry Network

  • Established connections with UK fashion brands, manufacturers, or sustainability-focused startups.
  • Knowledge of UK/EU regulations (e.g., GDPR, sustainability reporting).

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience pitching to C-suite executives.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment.
