Qualifications & Background

Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade, cross-border business, luggage/gift sales or overseas channel operation. Experience in European & American markets is preferred.

Solid understanding of full export workflows, OEM/ODM, customs clearance, L/C and overseas client negotiation. Familiarity with EU compliance, product certifications and new market regulations is a plus.

Existing overseas clients, distribution channels, B2B platform resources or industry networks are highly valued.

Proven track record of independently sourcing clients, handling orders and managing key overseas accounts.

  • Client Development: Able to identify prospects, convert inquiries and boost repeat business independently to close sales.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Skilled in quotation, pricing negotiation, sample coordination and end-to-end order management with key account mindset.
  • Market Insight: Quick to spot overseas trends and regulatory updates, able to feed product selection and market strategy back to the team.
  • Language: Proficient in written & spoken business English for emails, video conferences and trade show communication.
  • Operation: Familiar with B2B platforms, social media outreach, client CRM and order progress tracking.

Preferred Bonus Criteria

  • Familiar with European market, PPWR compliance and post-consumer recycled material standards
  • Existing resources in cross-border e-commerce, trade fairs, overseas agents or wholesale networks
  • Knowledge of luggage, outdoor and travel goods supply chains
  • Previous experience in team management, partnership projects or channel recruitment
