IT Account Managers
CENTRAL LONDON | PERMANENT
WORKING PATTERN: 5 DAYS ON-SITE | FLEXIBILITY OFFERED WHEN NEEDED

Iโm working with an established and highly successful technology business that works closely with some of the biggest names in the industry, including NVIDIA, Dell EMC and HPE.
Theyโre looking for a Tech-Savvy IT Account Manager who can combine strong customer relationships with a genuine understanding of technology and software.
What Youโll Be Doing
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Understanding customersโ technology and software requirements
- Supporting customers with software and product-related queries
- Helping customers understand and get the most from technology solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic software/product issues
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Discussing technology solutions with customers and suppliers
- Managing quotes, orders and deliveries
- Working closely with major technology vendors
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Escalating more complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams
- Working alongside internal sales, operations and technical teams

Who Weโre Looking For
You need to be curious about technology and comfortable speaking to customers about software, technology products and solutions.
Weโre looking for someone with a commercial and customer-focused mindset who also has enough technical understanding to support customers with software and product-related queries. Experience across IT sales, account management, software support, product support, IT distribution, technology solutions, hardware, infrastructure or cloud would be highly relevant.
