๐ Weโre Hiring: Administrative & Business Support Officer ๐ 4 days p/week, 6 hours per day, on-site / hybrid (Manchester city centre) ๐ข LINQ Recruitment Specialists โ Public Sector Division
Weโre hiring a highly organised, detail driven individual to support our Public Sector team, working directly within live Local Authority projects.
This is not a general admin role. You will sit within one of our high performing divisions playing a key role in project tracking, contractor management and data accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- ๐ Allocating and tracking Educational Psychology cases across multiple Local Authority projects
- ๐ Updating and maintaining the master spreadsheet with live contractor and project data
- ๐ Proactively following-up with Educational Psychologists for progress updates to ensure real time reporting
- ๐ท Ensuring data accuracy for finance and payroll processing
- ๐ค Acting as an operational point of contact between consultants, contractors and clients
- ๐ Supporting project catch ups, engagement tracking and tender monitoring
- ๐ฃ Assisting with LinkedIn marketing, brochures and case study creation
