Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Provide daily on-site/store support at the warehouses of existing wholesale partners, ensuring product display and promotional execution are properly implemented.
Customer Relationship Maintenance:
- Conduct regular customer visits, understand their needs, maintain long-term partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving:
- Respond quickly to customer feedback, coordinate internal company resources, and resolve product, logistics, or sales issues.
Market Intelligence Collection:
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide valuable data support for the company’s sales strategies.

Job Requirements:
Experience:
- Relevant experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or marketing support; experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, retail, or related industries is preferred.

Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; skilled in customer relationship management.
Problem-Solving Ability:
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to independently handle unexpected on-site situations.
Work Attitude:
- Strong sense of responsibility, high work passion, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to commit to front-line market work.
Work Authorization:
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK with local driving licence.
Language:
- Fluent English communication.
