About Plannorium
Plannorium is an enterprise software company building digital infrastructure. Our flagship platform, Curenium, is an integrated hospital operating system designed to replace fragmented legacy health IT by unifying clinical workflows, communication, pharmacy, laboratory operations, diagnostics, and AI-assisted clinical documentation within a single secure data core. We are structuring our pilot deployment pipeline across the UK, the Gulf region, and emerging healthcare markets.
The Role
We are looking for a Co-Founder & CBO to take complete ownership of commercial growth, institutional partnerships, and institutional pilot acquisitions. You will leverage your network and deal-making experience to open doors that cannot be reached through cold outreach, securing signed pilots and multi-year software agreements.
What Youโll Own
- Enterprise Business Development & Closing: Own the commercial funnel end-to-end, from identifying and targeting priority healthcare organizations to executive meetings, proposals, negotiations, and signed pilot and commercial agreements.
- Strategic Health-System Relationships: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with hospital CEOs, managing directors, CIOs, clinical leadership, private hospital groups, healthcare networks, and relevant public-sector procurement stakeholders.
- Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring: Develop enterprise pricing, licensing models, pilot structures, partnership frameworks, and commercial terms suited to both private healthcare groups and public-sector procurement environments.
- Pipeline & Revenue Architecture: Establish a repeatable enterprise sales process, CRM discipline, forecasting system, and account strategy that turns early pilots into a scalable commercial pipeline and recurring revenue.
- Market Expansion: Evaluate and prioritize regional entry opportunities across the UK, GCC, and high-growth healthcare markets, identifying the partnerships, channels, and commercial pathways required to establish Curenium and other Plannorium products in each market.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring
- Enterprise Commercial Track Record: A verifiable history of building, negotiating, and closing B2B software, SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions contracts across complex organizations. Experience selling into healthcare, government, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.

- Commercial Resilience: Exceptional persistence and stamina across long, complex enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, tenders, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
- Strategic Commercial Acumen: Able to understand different Plannorium products and markets, translate technical capabilities into clear business value, and articulate compelling outcomes around revenue growth, cost reduction, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and ROI.
- Multi-Product & Market Thinking: Comfortable developing commercial strategies across multiple products and industries rather than being limited to a single vertical. Able to identify where Plannoriumโs products have the strongest commercial potential and build the partnerships, channels, and sales motions required to enter those markets.
- Founder-Level Ownership: High-agency operator who is prepared to build the commercial function from the ground up, including pipeline development, sales processes, partnerships, pricing strategy, forecasting, and enterprise deal execution.
