Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline, with 3–8 years of professional experience. Candidates with an engineering or technical background, or previous overseas study, work or long-term living experience, are preferred.
• Proven experience in project implementation and delivery management, with a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle from initiation and execution through acceptance and handover. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, costs, quality and resources.
• Strong interest in the AGV or automated logistics industry and a willingness to build long-term expertise in this field. Knowledge of AGVs, automated warehousing, logistics systems and related equipment or products is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with our China-based headquarters and technical teams. Fluency in spoken and written English is also required. Candidates must be able to independently lead customer meetings, conduct business discussions, deliver project presentations, manage email correspondence and prepare project documentation in English.
• Excellent communication, coordination and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Ability to understand different stakeholder needs, communicate information accurately, manage customer expectations and align internal and external teams. Commercial awareness and negotiation skills are preferred.
• Strong resilience, accountability and adaptability. Ability to remain organized, make sound decisions and proactively solve problems when facing tight schedules, multiple concurrent priorities, cross-time-zone communication and unexpected on-site challenges.
• Experience managing a team or leading a cross-functional and cross-cultural project team through successful delivery. Strong teamwork, ownership and execution skills are essential.
• Willingness and ability to undertake long-term assignments at project sites in the UK or continental Europe, as well as additional international travel or on-site assignments based on project requirements.

岗位介绍

我们正在招聘一名海外项目经理，主要负责英国及欧洲大陆地区自动化物流及AGV项目的实施与交付，未来可能根据项目安排派往美洲。欧洲大陆驻场地点包括但不限于德国、法国、波兰、意大利、挪威、比利时和捷克。

本岗位需要长期驻派海外项目现场，熟练使用中英文，并具备出色的跨文化沟通、项目统筹、抗压及现场问题处理能力。候选人将全面管理项目进度、资源、质量、成本和风险，并作为海外客户与中国团队之间的重要沟通桥梁。

岗位职责

• 全面负责海外项目的实施与交付，跟进技术方案、研发协调、测试、现场实施、上线、客户验收及最终交付等各阶段工作，确保项目按计划推进。
• 制定并维护项目计划，管理关键里程碑，持续跟踪项目进度、质量、成本和资源投入；及时识别项目风险，并制定预警、应对及备份方案。
• 作为项目主要沟通窗口，维护海外客户关系，准确理解并梳理客户需求，及时回应客户反馈和项目问题，合理管理客户预期。
• 统筹协调海外客户、供应商以及中国总部的研发、产品、测试和实施等相关资源，推动跨部门、跨文化团队高效协作，确保项目顺利执行。
• 组织项目成本、技术方案及实施方案评审，对项目过程、实施标准和最终交付质量进行全面把控。
• 及时处理项目现场的突发问题和复杂情况，在压力下快速判断、协调中外资源，并推动问题及时闭环。
• 总结项目实施经验，推动项目复盘，持续优化项目管理流程和交付规范，提升项目交付效率与客户满意度。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备3–8年工作经验。理工科、工程或技术相关背景，以及有海外留学、工作或长期生活经历者优先。
• 具备项目实施及交付管理经验，熟悉从项目启动、实施到验收交付的完整流程，能够有效管理项目进度、风险、成本、质量和资源。
• 对AGV或自动化物流行业有浓厚兴趣，并愿意在该领域长期发展。了解AGV、自动化仓储、物流系统、相关设备或产品的候选人优先。
• 中文流利，能够与中国总部及国内技术团队进行高效沟通；英语听说读写流利，能够将英语作为日常工作语言，独立主持客户会议、开展商务沟通、进行方案汇报、处理邮件往来并编写项目文档。
• 具备出色的沟通、协调和跨文化协作能力，能够准确理解各方诉求、有效管理客户预期，并推动内外部团队达成一致。具备一定的商务意识和谈判能力者优先。
