Duties
- 負責醫院及大厦裝修，日常施工之協調、溝通、預防及保護設備之視察；
- 負責樓宇設備包括水電、消防系统維修保養工作，包括定期檢查及處理緊急維修；
- 參與各內 / 外部門及承辦商的協調工作 。

- 持有工業學院或香港專業教育學院等相關證書；
- 具三年或以上屋宇設備及系統（例如：供水及排水、泥水、木工或油漆、機電或大型中央冷氣系统設備）的維修保養經驗；
- 能書寫簡單中、英文維修報告，及電腦文書處理；
- 具醫院／酒店經驗者優先考慮；
- 持有效電力工程人員註冊證明書
- 持有駕駛執照或其他相關工種牌照者更佳；
- 年資較高者，或會考慮聘為一級維修技術員。

- 首合約期為一年，約滿後，經雙方同意情況下，可考慮繼續聘任。
