About Plannorium
Plannorium is an enterprise software company building digital infrastructure.
Our flagship platform, Curenium, is an integrated hospital operating system designed to replace fragmented legacy health IT by unifying clinical workflows, communication, pharmacy, laboratory operations, diagnostics, and AI assisted clinical documentation within a single secure data core.
We are structuring our pilot deployment pipeline across the UK, the Gulf region, and emerging healthcare markets.
The Role
We are looking for a CoFounder & COO to lead execution and delivery.
You will turn enterprise pilot agreements and our technical roadmap into reliable, accredited hospital rollouts.
This is an equity-based executive role focused on building from the ground up. You will establish operational standards, governance frameworks, and deployment processes.

- Deployment Operations: Lead client onboarding, hospital workflow migration, technical team coordination, and system cutovers after commercial contracts are signed.
- Regulatory & Compliance Architecture: Drive institutional readiness across target markets, guiding frameworks such as UK DTAC, DSPT, DCB0129 clinical safety standards, and regional data protection requirements.
- Enterprise SLA & Support Delivery: Build customer success protocols, incident escalation pathways, and operational playbooks to maintain high system reliability.
- Internal Operating Cadence: Align engineering, commercial, and executive teams around clear milestone schedules and consistent weekly execution.
What You Bring
- Proven operational experience scaling platforms within healthtech, enterprise SaaS, or regulated clinical environments.
- Practical fluency in UK and NHS frameworks or Gulf healthcare systems and procurement environments, including Qatar and the UAE.
- Strong ownership with lean operations: Use automation and structured documentation to increase operational capacity without unnecessary overhead.
- Hands-on execution: Ready to build SOPs, conduct clinical team interviews, coordinate deployments, and solve operational problems directly.

Location & Compensation
๐ Location: Remote, with flexibility across global locations and availability aligned to UK working hours.
๐ผ Compensation: Significant founding equity package with milestone-based vesting.
