UWIN Consultancy is a management consulting firm specializing in the legal industry. We work with law firms, legal professionals, and legal service organizations to provide strategic insights, market analysis, business development support, and organizational consulting solutions.

Position: Legal Industry Analyst 职位：法律行业分析师
Key Responsibilities | 工作职责
- Conduct research and analysis on the legal services market, including law firm development, lawyer trends, legal business models, and industry changes.
- Track global and domestic legal industry trends, including law firm strategy, cross-border development, talent movement, management innovation, and market opportunities.
- Prepare industry reports, strategic analysis, and consulting materials to support client projects.
- Analyze law firms’ business models, competitive positioning, branding strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Support communication with domestic and international legal professionals through bilingual research and content development.

主要职责：
- 开展法律行业研究，包括律所发展趋势、律师市场变化、法律服务商业模式及行业动态分析；
- 跟踪全球及中国法律行业趋势，包括律所战略、国际化发展、人才流动、管理创新等；
- 撰写行业报告、市场分析及咨询项目材料；
- 分析律所竞争格局、业务定位、品牌发展及增长机会；
- 支持中英文行业内容输出及国际法律行业交流。
Qualifications | 任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Business, Management, Economics, International Relations or related fields.
- Strong interest in the legal services industry and willingness to build long-term expertise in this sector.
- Excellent analytical thinking and research capabilities, able to transform complex information into clear insights.
- Strong Chinese and English communication skills, capable of reading, writing and communicating in a professional environment.
- Good understanding of business strategy, consulting methodology, and market research is preferred.

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，法律、商业管理、经济学、国际关系等相关专业优先；
- 对法律行业具有浓厚兴趣，希望长期深耕法律服务市场研究；
- 具备优秀的信息搜集、逻辑分析和行业研究能力；
- 中英文双语能力优秀，能够进行专业阅读、写作和沟通；
- 具备咨询、战略研究、市场分析经验者优先。
