Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare documents related to procurement and import, including coordination with Freight Forwarders and Shipping, and relevant government agency documents such as checking invoices, packing lists, and tax reduction forms.
- Procure and source products from abroad, such as machinery parts and pumps.
- Negotiate with suppliers and establish commercial partnerships.
- Coordinate import activities, clear goods according to customs procedures.
- Submit documents for non-Thai vessels, Thai vessel documents, and various import documents to government agencies such as Port Authority of Thailand, BOI, Harbour Department, etc.
- Negotiate with suppliers and establish commercial partnerships.
- Follow up on orders to meet delivery schedules and requirements of each party.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, closed on weekends.

Candidate Qualifications
- Age 22 and above, Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail, good teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
