Weโre Hiring | Global Design Expert โ UI/UX & Visual Identity | LBank
LBank is looking for a Global Design Expert to support our international product experience, localization needs, and global visual direction.
Weโre looking for a senior designer who combines strong UI/UX, Product Design, and Visual Identity capabilities with a strong international perspective.
Must-Have
- Direct work experience at a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) is mandatory
- Senior-level design experience, ideally P6/P7 level or equivalent
- Strong background in UI/UX, product design, and visual identity
- Strong sense of modern, international aesthetics
- Experience designing for global / international users
- Strong understanding of design systems and scalable design practices
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both product thinking and visual execution

- Experience working with international product and design teams
