About Plannorium
Plannorium is an enterprise software company building digital infrastructure. Our flagship platform, Curenium, is an integrated hospital operating system designed to replace fragmented legacy health IT by unifying clinical workflows, communication, pharmacy, laboratory operations, diagnostics, and AI assisted clinical documentation within a single secure data core. We are structuring our pilot deployment pipeline across the UK, the Gulf region, and emerging healthcare markets.
The Role
We are looking for a Co-Founder & CMO to define our voice, command market presence, and establish institutional credibility. Hospital executives, clinical directors, and health-system investors formulate opinions long before procurement calls take place. You will shape our market authority, founder narratives, and enterprise positioning across our priority regions.
What Youโll Own
- Corporate Brand & Strategic Positioning: Define Plannoriumโs identity, narrative, and positioning as an enterprise software company building next-generation digital infrastructure, while establishing a clear and credible relationship between the Plannorium parent brand and its products.
- Curenium Go-to-Market & Market Positioning: Own Cureniumโs market positioning as a modern alternative to fragmented and cumbersome hospital information systems, developing the messaging, differentiation, and market narrative that will support pilot deployments and commercial expansion.
- Executive & Thought-Leadership Distribution: Build and execute founder-led visibility strategies across LinkedIn, industry platforms, and healthtech publications. Establish both Plannorium and Curenium as credible voices in enterprise software and healthcare technology, helping create awareness and warm up institutional buyers.
- Enterprise Demand Generation: Develop high-converting case studies, product launch materials, white papers, sales collateral, and digital touchpoints tailored to hospital executives, clinical leaders, health-system decision-makers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Modern Content & Distribution Engine: Build a lean, high-velocity marketing engine using AI workflows, multimedia content, automation, and targeted regional campaigns to scale distribution and market presence without relying on a large agency structure.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
