About Our Client

Our client is Europe's leading CAFM platform for commercial real estate โ€” powering 250M+ mยฒ of real estate worldwide and 500,000+ professionals, managing 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries. Backed by a leading growth equity investor. This is a newly formed function with a mandate to grow a select portfolio of the company's most strategically important global customers.

What You Bring

  • PropTech / CAFM / facilities management / real-estate software experience is a must
  • Global client / international account experience is a must
  • Track record winning high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements or expansions, including seven-figure opportunities
  • Experience managing complex international or multi-country accounts
  • Ability to build credibility with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Real Estate and digital transformation sponsors
  • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability, and forecasting discipline
  • Experience building strategic account plans that translate customer priorities into revenue growth
  • Ability to lead through influence across regional and matrixed teams
  • Structured, outcome-oriented, collaborative working style
