职位简介
该岗位将专注于在UK FMCG零售市场内电子烟产品进行直销与推广。候选人须具备向便利店及烟草零售商主动推销的能力，推动产品落地应用并实现营收增长。
岗位职责
- 零售销售与推广：定期实地拜访零售店、便利店及烟草门店，主动推销产品，确保电子烟品牌货品的上架与推广工作落实到位。
- 客户开发：与门店所有者及决策人建立并维护稳固的长期合作关系，挖掘销售拓展机会。
- 市场监测与反馈：追踪FMCG及电子烟零售领域的竞品动态、定价情况与消费者偏好，向HQ同步洞察，以优化销售与营销策略。
- 品牌曝光度：争取更多货架空间，提升门店内的品牌露出。落地各类推广活动，强化品牌认知。
- 活动与项目支持：参与店内促销、路演及行业活动，为销售工作及品牌互动提供支持。

任职资格
- 合法工作身份（英国毕业生工作签证、伴侣签、永居等）

- 任职经验：具备FMCG行业直销经验，有零售渠道销售经验者优先。需有通过门店实地拜访与谈判达成或超额完成销售目标的过往业绩。有电子烟、烟草或相关FMCG品类从业经验者优先。
- 技能：具备出色的销售能力与说服力，可从容应对陌生电话推销及上门零售推广；拥有优秀的沟通能力与人际交往能力；自驱力强，以目标为导向，可独立开展工作。
- 任职要求：持有有效驾照，愿意在指定区域内频繁出差。熟悉当地FMCG市场及核心参与者。
