Job Details
- Receiving/transferring both internal and external calls
- Welcoming daily contacts – providing message reception services to forward to various department staff
- Managing property, office equipment, registration, income and expenditure accounting, and summary reports
- Purchasing consumables and tools, including inspection and summary reports
- Managing the issuance and receipt of consumables, inventory adjustments, summary reports, and daily balances
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the housekeeper's area and the company
- Preparing offerings for the Brahma Shrine in the morning (every Thursday)
- Ensuring the cleanliness of buildings and facilities
- Performing other duties as assigned by superiors
- Work from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:30, off on Saturday and Sunday

Applicant Qualifications
- Female, aged 21 and above
- Diploma to Bachelor's degree in any field
- High tolerance, polite telephone conversation etiquette, and readiness to welcome contacts and inquiries
- Good personality, cheerful, service-minded, and good interpersonal skills
- Good memory, skilled at answering questions and resolving issues on the spot
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel
- Experience will be given special consideration
