Job Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and organizing data to ensure timely and accurate data updates；
- Participate in producing weekly operations analysis reports；
- Track campaign performance and organize and analyze campaign data；
- Participate in frontline marketing activities, conducting market research and data collection；
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above；
- Majors in economics, statistics, or related fields preferred；
- Excel proficiency is a must: not only pivot tables, but also advanced functions such as IFS and VLOOKUP for data cleaning and preliminary modeling；
- SQL/Python/R: Able to use SQL for data extraction and group-by analysis; able to use Python or R for data processing, cleaning, and visualization；
- Data visualization: Able to clearly and intuitively present business conclusions with charts (whether Excel charts or those generated by programming tools), rather than piling up numbers；
- Experience with BI tools / data visualization tools preferred；
- Internship experience in FMCG, retail, or channel-related fields preferred；
