Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Financial Management & Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

Duties And Accountabilities

• Monitor current commercial and residential real estate market situation through research.
• Send listings of properties to the bosses (with connection from bank/ LGU)
• Monitor key demographic and economic trends in the assigned geographic market and update the Real Estate Director.
• Communicate with buyers and answer concerns related to the properties.
• Build and maintain working relationships to acquire insights from different sources such as brokers, appraisers.
• In charge of identifying when to sell property and research new areas to invest
• Focuses on expanding current properties by conducting seller profiling, broker meetings, accreditation/recruitment, and project updates.
• Searches and calls other sellers and broker partners that have listings to match company’s requirements.
• Goes out on field to gather listings in focused areas and other areas should requirements arise.
• Regularly calls and updates availability of listings.
