RECEPTIONIST

Job Type: Full-time

Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Follow up the Quotation to the Suppliers.
  • Follow up the Delivery to the suppliers.
  • Prepare Request for Payment.
  • Follow up the status of Request for Payment to Accounting Department.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department.
  • Answering inquiries in person, by phone and on email.
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages.
  • Assist our clients and customers in the Conference Room and provide them with refreshments.
  • Keep the Corporate Office clean, tidy and organize.
  • Arrange the Conference Room for meetings and activities
  • Arrange appointments.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence, receive and sort daily mail/deliveries and couriers.
  • Maintain and monitor the Office supplies.
  • Other duties that may assign from time to time.
